Yet what makes it so the blade does not go as deep?
What marginal strand of fine hair keeps the wounds from being mortal?
Blood splashes and drips like fine honey
Words as warm as the sun, as cold as ice
What dream can be tangible? What can be said in the dark?

Its rare that I wrtie poetry. But when I do it's always weird. Perhaps i am a wordy type when it comes to writing. But sometimes word combinations just come to me and I find I must write them, or lose them forever in the flesh which is my brain.
